Alan is a founding member and currently the CEO and Managing Director of MIP Properties Sdn Bhd. He graduated with a Bachelor of Computing from Monash University, Australia. He obtained his Diploma in Real Estate in 2003 and his Real Estate Agent license and authority to practice in 2006 and he is a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers of Malaysia. He is well-versed and focuses in various aspects of Real Estate such as sales, business development, technology, training and coaching. He has been active in the real estate industry for more than 18 years and has been involved in various aspects of sales and marketing of residential, commercial and new developments. Alan has always been passionate about improving and striving to instill more values into the real estate agency industry through the usage of technology.
Abby is a founding member and currently the COO and Executive Director of MIP Properties Sdn Bhd. She completed her Diploma in Business and Secretarial Diploma and was working as an Executive Secretary in a MNC for a few years before embarking in a career in Real Estate. She has been active in the Real Estate industry for more than 18 years. She specialises in residential sales and rentals and has been a successful Real Estate Negotiator for many years before taking up management roles as the General Manager with MIP Properties since 2006 and currently as the company's Chief Operation Officer. Abby oversees the operation and finance of the company.
Stanley graduated from University of Sheffield, UK in B. Eng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering and completed the Property Consultancy & Valuation Surveying Direct Final Examination from the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and Diploma in Estate Agency in 2006 and obtained his Real Estate Agent license and authority to practice in 2008 and he is a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers of Malaysia. He is well-versed and focuses in various aspects of Real Estate such as sales and agency regulatory matters.
Eugene graduated and later obtained his Real Estate Agent license and authority to practice in 2010 and he is a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers of Malaysia. He has more than 10 years experience in the real estate industry and is well-versed and focuses in various aspects of Real Estate such as sales, foreign projects and real estate agency legal and regulatory matters.
Harry Kuan ventured into the Real Estate industry in 1987 after quitting his motorcycle business. Even in his early years being a young teenager he always had a desire to be in the Real Estate industry because he believes in owning properties for a sound future. He started off by helping people to own or rent properties as a Real Estate Negotiator and have been in the same industry until now. He faced various challenges and cycles of economic downturns and yet he still believes this industry can help someone like him to achieve financial breakthrough in life. Presently he is concentrating more on land and industrial properties and coaching Real Estate Negotiator in the MIP. His years of experience are in dealing with different types of properties i.e. residential, industrial, commercial and land as well. He strongly advocates honesty and integrity with consistent follow up to be the most important factors for every transaction to be concluded successfully. Harry always has the passion to impart his experience, knowledge and practical skills to anyone.
Kathleen has been in the real estate industry since 2012. She started as a Real Estate Negotiator. Being on ground, she has gathered uncountable sales and negotiation experience. Taking all these experiences, she moved forward into management. As a Bachelor of Business Degree holder majoring in Marketing & Advertising, she uses her knowledge and on ground experience when managing projects. She was responsible for planning, execution, monitoring performance till completion of project. Presently, her role includes guidance, direction and supervision to the project team to achieve broader outcome goals.
Lucas is Head of Sales and Consultant in MIP Properties Sdn Bhd. He joined MIP Properties Sdn Bhd in 2012 as a Real Estate Negotiator. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Science degree. His passion for sales has propelled him to achieve numerous top sales awards in the agency. Integrating his academic qualification with sales allows him to develop practical and workable sales strategies. His current role involves providing project sales strategy and consultancy to developers. Lucas’s mantra is that sales is the beginning of everything and a business cannot survive without sales.
TAN SIOW HOE
Siow Hoe has been in the real estate industry and with MIP Properties Sdn Bhd since 2013. He completed his Advance Diploma in Marketing from TARC and the Executive Diploma in Real Estate from UCSI. He started his career as a Real Estate Negotiator and eventually took on the role as the Sales and Operation Manager. He is well versed in various aspects of Real Estate such as sales, operation, training and coaching. His current role involves managing and ensuring efficiency of the agency sales and operation.
